New Registration Process for “the Ocho”

Starting this year, 2016, we’ve changed the registration and game submission process for Fire in the East. To access the convention registration, game submission, and volunteer registration functions, you MUST have an account on this site.

What’s New? (the process is quick and easy)

  1. Sign Up: to this website (one time only -use the “Create Account” link in the sidebar to the right)
  2. Register: for the convention (annually) – and select games you wish to play in
  3. Submit a game: as a gamemaster (as many as you like!)

Why the new process?
Simply, it makes it easy for GMs and Attendees to enter and change their registration details themselves at any time.

  • Change a game title? Easy!
  • Change a time? Easy!!
  • Register for a different game? Easy!!!

Just log in and edit your submissions. It’s an additional step, but we hope you find that its an improvement.
